FAQ
How long does it take to receive the photos?
It should take 2-5 days. I will get in contact with you if something comes up.
How do you choose the photos?
I will first delete all the blurry photos, then send them to you to pick the final ones for me to edit and send back.
How will I receive the photos?
If you provide a flash drive, then I can deliver via the flash drive. Otherwise, I will provide an electronic gallery where you can download the images from.
Do I have to pay a down payment?
Yes, I ask for a 25% down payment to ensure people aren't booking and canceling their appointments randomly.
Can I reschedule or cancel a shoot?
I understand if something comes up, and you can reschedule with a 4-day notice. If you choose to cancel with at least a week's notice, I will refund 90% of your down payment. If not, then I will keep the down payment. This is to ensure people don't just cancel after booking.
